DStash Foundation is the legal structure behind the DiapStash project. It allows us to publish the application on stores and to finance the project.
DStash Foundation is managed by a team of volunteers (including the application's creator).
DStash Foundation is registered as an "association loi 1901" in France.
DiapStash is not a profit-driven project. The main aim of DiapStash is to provide ABDLs and incontinents a diaper tracking app. However, to publish the application, the project needed a legal structure.
The non-profit organization was the ideal structure. Unlike a company, it doesn't allow profits to be extracted and paid back to members. It's all in the organization.
DStash Foundation is currently funded exclusively by your donations! And we thank you!
Like a company, a non-profit organization has costs inherent in its structure. When we created DStash Foundation, we tried to keep these costs to a minimum.
DStash Foundation is funded exclusively by your donations. Without them, we will have to stop the project.
We accept donations from everyone (well, you have to be 18), no matter where you're from! Of course, only if you can afford it!
DStash foundation's minimum annual budget is of 1700€.
This budget covers only those expenses necessary for the running of the non-profit organization.
In November 2024, a donor offered to finance the server cost! We therefore added to the annual budget the 700€ related to the application servers.
Eventually, we'd like to be able to finance the use of external services, such as apis to remove the background from diaper images (€40/month).
